Through the contact form we collect only the data needed to answer your enquiry: name and company, email, phone (optional), subject and your message. The site's web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
3. Purpose of processing
Data provided through the form is used exclusively to answer your commercial enquiry, prepare a tailored proposal and maintain subsequent contact related to contracting advertising services. It is never used for unsolicited direct marketing.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent when submitting the contact form, and on the legitimate interest of PimPam Media S.L. in managing commercial relationships with potential and existing clients.
5. Recipients
Data is processed internally by the PimPam Media S.L. team and recorded in our commercial management system (CRM) to follow up your request. We do not transfer personal data to third parties except where legally required. Our email service is hosted by Zoho Corporation (Europe).
6. Retention
Data is kept while an active or potential commercial relationship exists, and thereafter for the legally required periods. You may request its deletion at any time.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contact@pimpammedia.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.
